If we find that we're aligned, that's wonderful! We can proceed with planning our first session. I'll provide you with all the necessary information to prepare, and you're encouraged to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have.
However, if it turns out that we're not the right fit, that's completely okay. It's essential to me that you find the therapist who's the best match for you, even if it means exploring other options. I'm more than happy to offer recommendations for other therapists that you might consider.

Telehealth sessions are held via video conferencing on zoom. Please try to find a quiet place where you can share openly without being disturbed during session. Please take some time before our session to make sure your internet and zoom application are working properly. Here is a tutorial for testing your zoom video and audio before a meeting that may be helpful to you.

I do not take insurance. I can provide super bills, but cannot garuantee acceptance by your insurance company. Each insurance company is different and you will want to check with them before having an expectation that they will provide financial support for therapy with me.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good FaithEstimate, you can dispute the bill.
