About my fees

At Therapy with Ray, my aim is to deliver high quality services that cater to your individual needs. In my ongoing commitment to uphold the sustainability of my practice while ensuring accessibility to quality mental health care, I've adopted the green bottle method within my fee structure.

I firmly believe in making mental health services affordable and accessible to all, recognizing the challenges posed by a capitalist system. That's why I've chosen to implement the green bottle method, a sliding scale approach that takes into account varying financial circumstances.

Please note that hypnotherapy sessions are 60 minutes long, while talk therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. Additionally, any phone calls and other assistance provided outside of scheduled sessions will be charged at a pro-rated amount in 15-minute increments.

Transparency is paramount to me, and I want to ensure complete clarity regarding my pricing. Your well-being is my foremost concern, and I'm dedicated to supporting you every step of the way. I also want to recognize that no pricing system is perfect. Should you have any questions or concerns about my fee structure or the availability of sliding scale options, please feel free to reach out at your convenience.
