Strengthen Bonds and Find Healing Through Relationship Therapy

I’m so glad you are considering relationship therapy with me. Relationships present us with all kinds of challenges. At the same time, they provide a unique opportunity for growth and healing. Relationship therapy provides an opportunity to explore your relationship further. In doing so, you may be surprised what you discover about yourself and your partner(s). In relationship support with me, we would explore your relationship and create an environment for expressing yourself more fully and listening more open-heartedly within your partnership. We work to create communication around needs, desires, and fears in a way that is respectful and honest. As part of this, we often practice regulating our nervous systems together to create a better space for communication, diving into the nuances of your current relational patterns, and discovering what you would like your relationship to look like in the future.

I’m particularly passionate about teaching partnerships and couples a process for communication called way of council. This way of sitting together creates a beautiful container for conversations to be held in a heart-centered way.

While my style is integrative, relational, and client-driven, there are some common methods I use.
